The AJAFP2ACPW is the white Ajax FireProtect 2 AC Heat/Smoke Jeweller, a wireless mains-powered fire detector that combines smoke and heat detection in one device. It uses a dual-spectrum optical smoke sensor with HazeFlow 2 processing, a patented smoke chamber described as dustproof and insect-resistant, and external A1R-class thermistors that alarm when temperature rises by 10°C within a minute or exceeds 64°C.

In an Ajax system, the detector can notify fire alarms through a primary hub interconnection and a fallback detector-to-detector interconnection, with app reporting for the initiating detector location, alarm type and time. Regular system polling, automatic self-diagnosis, maintenance notifications, QR-code pairing and app-based configuration help support monitored operation and efficient installation.
