The W2740YEL is a yellow 0.25m Datamaster Cat6 UTP RJ45 patch cable designed for network patching and equipment interconnection. It is suitable for use with Gigabit Ethernet and other network protocols that are backwards compatible with Cat5, Cat5e and Cat3 standards.

Made from 100% oxygen-free copper, this Cat6 patch lead uses four twisted pairs with multi-stranded conductors and RJ45-to-RJ45 connectors. Snagless boots and injection-moulded connectors help provide strain relief and support reliable handling during installation and maintenance.

Its short 0.25m length makes it a practical choice for neat patching in racks, cabinets, patch panels and switch installations where excess cable length needs to be minimised. The yellow jacket also assists with colour-coded network identification.
