AC-825IP Advanced Scalable Networked Access Platform
The AC-825IP is a scalable networked access control unit for medium- to high-scale security systems, supporting up to 4 doors via Wiegand protocol and 2 doors via OSDP. It provides encrypted TCP/IP communication to Rosslare's AxTraxNG server, onboard inputs and outputs for door control, and capacity for up to 100,000 users with up to 500,000 history log entries.
Designed as a modular access control platform, the controller includes one onboard expansion slot and can connect up to 12 additional expansion boards via OSDP. With D-805 door expansion boards, a single AC-825IP can scale to handle up to 58 doors, making it suitable for commercial and institutional installations that need centralised control, secure network communication and room to expand.

The AC-825IP is a state-of-the-art 4-door networked access controller and is the backbone of a medium-scale to high-scale security system. The controller comes with one onboard expansion slot and can be further expanded by connecting up to 16 expansion boards via OSDP*. Using only D-805 door expansion boards, a single AC-825IP can handle up to 74 doors and 60,000 users. Driven by AxTraxNG Rosslares powerful, flexible, and easy-to-use software the system provides an ideal modular and expandable solution for commercial and institutional needs.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AC-825IP features a new spacious and lockable metal enclosure that includes a control board, power switcher, built-in power management board/charger, sounder, and a revolutionary enclosure illumination bar that lights up when the enclosure is opened.
Each AC-825IP access control unit (ACU) supports up to 4 doors (In/Out) via Wiegand protocol and 2 doors via OSDP, each with 2 inputs and 1 output. Four additional auxiliary inputs and 2 auxiliary outputs are also on board.
The AC-825IP includes AES128-bit encrypted communication via TCP/IP to an AxTraxNG server, and has an additional RS-485 bus for expansion connectivity*.
