MSB62-10 MKII SCEC Endorsed Lock Monitoring Box - 4 mm Faceplate
The AMS Australia MSB62-10 MKII is a lock monitoring box designed to monitor lock and door status as part of an intrusion alarm, monitored instrumentation or building management system. A plunger microswitch contacts the lock to signal when the locking mechanism has engaged, while an integrated tamper switch activates if the side cover is removed to help protect access to the end-of-line module.
Built with a seam-welded mild steel box and 4 mm stainless steel faceplate, this SCEC endorsed monitoring box suits secure-room applications where door or lock latch and bolt position need to be supervised. It can be installed in steel, aluminium or wooden frames, can retrofit most mortice lock striker plates, and is compatible with most square bolt type deadlocks.
